Why would you need Quick when wielding bow?
Why would you need Dex when wielding Sword/Shield when you're slash-specced?

quick to shoot faster (DUH)
and dex to block more (DUH)

oh and you're missing allot of stealth when wielding bow, and stealth also determines the chance if you unstealth when loading a shot t,t one of the crappier "perfect" templates

My sc template uses the Small War-Forged Shield and Specteral Soul Anchor which gives +7 stealth with sword and board. To comprimise I have a longbow with +7 stealth and +4 longbow (masterpiece). Longbow is capped using Sanguine Bowyer's Vest (+4 Longbow) and the Ogre's might belt (+3 Longbow).

Its pretty easy to get stealth capped with both Longbow and S/S.

i wouldnt use a rare epic weap unless it has a very high imbue (ie uncraftable) or an uncraftable speed, its not worth the hasle and doesnt do its job any better then crafted

I was just giving an example of how high stealth on s/s it not a problem. And the sword has uncraftable proc, speed and imbue, and the shield has uncraftable weight.

Im in the making of a scout, who I intend speccing thrust. Did I miss something or isnt thrust damage affected by Strength?

not all uberscouts have Anchor like me and u lox;o

imo, make it something like

right hand: 4 shield 4 slash 22 dex 22 str

left hand: 4 slash 4 stealth 22 qui 22 str

bow: 4 bow 4 stealth 22 dex 22 qui

So u can move in stealth with bow and not lose stealth skill, resists, needed stats etc etc

your template loses 7trains of stealth when u equip bow, none too smart if i may say so.
