Scout melee/hybrid template with CB

First I have to ask if ceremonial bracer is worth getting for the mezz/stun feedback? Can you choose which version to get? You see... I really do need the help

I've tried to find a melee oriented template where the dex is not totally gimped and with ceremonial bracer. I've come up with this so far and would appreciate comments and suggestions:

CB con melee:

CB str melee:

Strength: 111/101
Constitution: 98/98
Dexterity: 67/85
Quickness: 71/85
Hits: 288/344

Body: 25/26
Cold: 11/26+5
Heat: 20/26
Energy: 5/26
Matter: 30/26
Spirit: 14/26
Crush: 24/26+3
Thrust: 24/26
Slash: 24/26+2

Ranged:

Strength: 96/96

I don' like the cold resist in the str version and hits are a bit low. On the other hand I would like to lower dex a bit and get str up in the con version but I haven't been able to get it to work.

CB has 2 chargers... use1 is the stun feedback and use2 is the mezz feedback (if i didnt mix them up )

and are you thrust or slash specced ? if you want a hybrid temp you should go thrust... becouse you can get higher dex and bit lower str in the temp then... and u can use that dex on ur bow

get dex to 101 or as close as u can! and u will need more heat resist if u intend to fight aswell myabe try CB dex?
