Masters of horror is pretty nice also (actually pretty fucking sweet)

Been watching a few TV series meself recently:

The Shield, Alias, The West Wing, E.R., Las Vegas and Prison Break. All well worth checking out.

As for Sci Fi type ones, I guess The 4400, Lost (kinda) and Firefly. I've also heard some good things about Heroes and Jericho... two new shows in the US, not got round to watching them meself though.

But you guys REALLY should check out masters of horror Think every episode is guaranteed gore + a pair of naked breasts! Good stories, acting and directing...

Totally agree, only on EP 6 but the Jap guy still cracks me up. Great series can't wait for Series 2 to start.

heh, was just gonna mention that. When I heard the name 'battlestar galactica', I instantly thought it was going to be crap. Having watched it now though and getting onto the third series, I think it's one of the better series out there. Loadsa action, very good characterisation (Baltar is an awesome actor) and all-in-all a top notch plot.

The only downside is you have to hear them saying 'frak' instead of 'fuck' in order to get a lower certificate.....silly people.

I used to watch Farscape a lot and I had the same kinda problem. For ages afterwards I found myself saying "Frell" a lot. Think that is how it is spelt.

If the general public could speak Chinese (Or Japanese?) then I doubt Firefly would have been a 12 rated series But its nice to be surrounded by people of good taste. Firefly was easily the best thing I watched this year! And I'm looking for something to surprise me next year I heard theres a new series of Futurama on the way!

my chinese friends had no idea what they were saying but said that it was either korean or very strange chinese

It has alot of "filler" episodes, but characters are good, storyline's very good and id recommend it to anyone.

for some time irl i started saying strange wannabe asian sounds when i cursed - i think they got inspired by futurama tho.
watched whole firefly on one day, i was enchanted by it great serie - watching heroes atm, seems cool
