Scanning help

If i scan something is there a way to change the font to another type, its basicly a diary written in a Runic like Font the letters are the same as english just look different, so to save me manual translating it i was wandering if i can just like change the font to a normal one.

Download some OCR software, but if its hand written i would not hold your breath.
