I'm paranoid with my items.

People who STILL traded with him after all the spam are just silly, although the person who made the site could've just moved some logs around to make it seem as though people were warned in advance.

Not sure about the shooting in the back but he was coming down his stairs as he shot them with a shotgun - the appeal trial produced evidence of the blast hitting the surrounds of the stairwell which hadn't been produced at the initial trial and thus I think they determined it wasn't pre-meditated i.e. murder but rather manslaughter since he was shooting through a smallish area as he came down the stairs rather than stopping and aiming to kill.

Well if someone breaks into ya house you should be allowed too shoot/axe/what ever the bloody thief...If some thief tried to rob my place place whilst I was home..he would be in for a load of hurting.. got a 40 centimeter steelpipe and a just as long bajonet at my bedside... he would be begging me for calling the police...
But maybe I would just beat the crap out of him.. and then tie him to a lamp-post outside my place with a sign around his neck saying " plzz beat the crap out of me cause I'm a feeking thief ".
I'm normaly not very pro american..but I like that they have the right to " defend " there home..we got the right to bend over...

As a guildy said, this would be fun on pvp server, where they would have to deal with other players in another way. But they took the easy way and did it on a normal server and just became sad.

Well, not probably for the most obvious cases but to some kind of scam, maybe who knows.

Remember most people he's done that stuff to have probably been noobs to the game and don't understand all things so well yet. Repairing and combining thingys in trade are quite easily missed and if high level character / crafter tells you to accept it...
Also, he was in guild (with some other sad persons like him, apparently), that makes it probably alot easier to do scams. If player does something to you, you think you can talk to his GM etc. Also I imagine they could had (dunno if they did) used the guildies to "bump" scammer character's reputation. Someone asks in /broad "Hey could someone repair my stuff" and someone from his guild PM's the person asking "Yeah ask Nerner, our guild crafter"..

stupid, maybe, but deserve to loose belongings due to a an asshole? not really imo. Nobody deserves that and if you really think so, I am glad I dont know you.

Would i meet him IRL tho, then i hope he dont find his friend any useful, cuse it wouldent be when i would be finished with him.
