Obviously the above template is dependant on me finding some MP gloves and boots and also completing the ancestral secrets quest but im sure i will do both of those in time... i hope...

I posted him a perfect Zerker suit using 99% Armour/Weapons adn eitehr Quest only or super easy items to aquire and he completely ignores it.

Well can get the Quin jewel from repeating Ancestral Secrets till you get it (same principal as the Beaded Stones).

The Cloak of Icy vigor drops off Thane Dygge in Dodens (can be farmed by 2-3 level 50's, nice shortish repop timer or bought for 600G)

The Band of Ice is self explanatory (Farm or buy for 1plat)

The rest is guaranteed Quest equipment or 99% armour, all pretty straightforward.

Would prolly shave a plat or 2 off the end cost.

But i cant remember where it is (on bw somewhere) But use Solid's if you can, its nice, and still kinda easy items to get a hold of. Plus you can use both 1h and 2h with it
