SC past 1049

I believe there are some new items now at 1009 skill in Spellcrafting that require diamond seals. Anyone any idea what the gems do?

Don't think they are items... and they don't require diamond seals they require dropped loot stuff.

For certain trophys such as dragon head and balors head you need a diamond seal.
