These are oldish figures, from last time I checked (pre patch).
While Hibs do have lower numbers, it is not like Albs or Mids outnumber them 2-1 often claimed.
To those people who think I just whine for the fun of it. Partly true, but all things hold true.
Sorcs are gimped, that is why they are finally getting some loving from Mythic in 1.60. Armsman are pretty damn boring and incapable if compared to the damage other realm tanks do. Offcourse, the armsman inefficiencies are more due to poor overal Alb design. Why make a polearm armsman, if Hibs have 3s pbt on most groups? You will do no damage. Meanwhile, as the best an Alb group might have would be 10s pbt, going for spear is pretty well worth it...
Scouts are a joke really. The effort it takes to get to rr5 is crazy, specially after the trouble it takes to lvl a scout to 50. You just get ganked by some lame ass SB with see hidden (yes, you all took it for the minstrels), and should you win, his gay lovers jumps in.
Ah well, go on, dispute that... Bring some facts pls... tell me how a scout, sorc, or armsman are better than their hib or mid equivalents... If not, shut the fuck up bunch of asses.

Maybe firstly you learn how to communicate with ppl in a civilized manner? If all ur chars are gimped - its our problem? Maybe we must leave all scouts, armsmans or sorcs alone? What is ur point? You saw 6 sbs at amg Odin's? So what? They do their job.
If you prefer solo - fine, me too, and?... What next? As for me - i try to not going places which camped by alb's stealth groups. Just info - they like to camp Odin's gates wery often.

Scouts got slam, sorcs mezzes holds longer and has better range, armsmen got plate.
But all you do is to compare class vs. class, which isnt the way to do it, as DAoC isnt a game meant for playing solo.
An armsman and a cleric will kill a hero and a warden with ease for example, if you wanna do comparisions like that.
But you have played this game for pretty long I guess, you got 3 lvl 50´s, and you still havent figured a thing, so I wont bother explaining to you, you are just way to fucking stupid.

I do look at Albion as a whole. Albions have great trouble making a good, solid group. They tend to lack clerics and cc control in rvr. When I play with my sorc, I will get spammed by group invites. Too few sorcs about. Clerics are very wanted, few seem to play active rvr though. Several Alb groups walk around Emain without a cleric and/or cc basically.
A scout has no role in a group really, but thanks to see hidden is forced to group by Mythic. Does no damage, can allmost never use his crit shot (object moves), and (p)bt deals with all the shots that are not missed or fumbled.... (also hunters and rangers have this problem though, but they get a pet and better melee skills, and buffs).
I have played this game for a long time, and seen how has Mythic has nerfed classes directly, and indirectly. Sorcs will only get greater range after 1.60. This compared to instant aoe stun on healers, or instant aoe mezz by bards. Sorcs were supposed to be the CC kings, but due to making other classes uber, they were gimped. It will change a bit with 1.60.

Do you think Midgard has 3+ pac healers/group?
Did it ever occur to you that the insta mezz is on a recasting time?
And no 5 secs, I think 10+ mins, not sure tho, never played a pac healer in rvr.
After the insta is used, Sorcs are better mezzes than healers, but dont think they have ae stun, but still. The insta isnt used in every fight as it cant be, and till it is ready again sorcs are the better mezzers.

i mean good one, not random bunch of albs with only zerg in their head
in good group with good people it's fun to play ANY class, even the ones gimped to oblivion.
we recently make quite good groups, not best but good. and i usually play either healer (have access to pac and aug/mend healer) or _buffbot_ shaman. and you know it's fun to play even as a char who supposed to be bot and nothing else.
2 healers and 1 shaman per group and you can do amazing things.
why ffs cant you do the same thing? find good cleric, find good mincer, find good sorc and keel oll.
i see all you can do is go to this boards and whine how your 3 chars are gimped and how albion is gimped.
