I'm aware that people don't really look in this bit, but I couldn't bring myself to put the thread in the wrong section.

Does anyone know anything about this phone in relation to the V200? I think it will weigh about 10g more, be *slightly* chunkier and probably cost 50 quid more. The benefits though: rotating screen; a *decent* CCD camera; a big, 65536 colour display; sexily realistic 40 bit polyphonic ringtones... It looks fucking awesome!

Obligatory link.

That seems like a pretty cool phone :D I believe it can also distiguish between portrait and landscape photo modes, depending on the angle at which the phone is being held, something which is quite a cool idea. I know people complain a lot about the size of these phones, but it's not as if they're not packed full of some very impressive kit. That said, sometimes the designs can be a little too, erm, 'different' ;)

Kind Regards

P.S. I've just realised I completely omitted to compare the phone with the V200. Oops :p

humm...

I didn't notice that phone in the film... although it was probally there... i spent the greater part of the film thinking about just how the matrix would work...

I came to the conclusion that it's one huge server - client network, but then that raises the question why not just ban all of the IPs belonging to the hovercrafts etc.

I gave up at this point as I don't really know enuf about networking.

hehe :) I believe the phone was in the film, but it was only featured once or twice (once on a desk, once or twice with Morpheous or Trinity); but it didn't have the same kind of screentime as the Nokia phone did in the original.

Kind Regards

I dunno, I was fairly heavily aware of it. Such a strange looking thing.

I think I was more aware of it cos it was in the game loads too.
