Mate it's not that simple. Light tanks are about hard damage at decent delay. If you have capped qui your style damage will be nonexistent. Hard and fast damage makes you win fights, not your speed.Simmern said:Your damage over time will be higher with more quickness. With several non-pve targets to kill I have no doubt high quickness > low qui.
Sure, a couple of low-qui tanks will be good on an assisttrain, but most pure tanks go the low-qui way.
All light tanks should imo go for 200+ buffed quickness.
BD vs Merc is a good example:
low qui:
F6 (to break the bubble) - Bludgeon (med-hi damage) - Contusions (high damage + 6 sec stun) -- At this point you are the winner as your next hit (positional) will take the BD below 20%, if not you have good time for one more hit. When the BD's 20% or below, flurry. One dead BD.
high qui:
F6 -> Bludgeon (very low damage) -> Contusions (low-med damage + 6 sec stun) -- The BD is stunned yes, but hardly damaged as the healers + lifetap have nerfed your damage. Your positional will take the BD to 60% at maximum and the next hit to 50% but that's not enough. The fight will end 40% - 0%.
Ofc if you want go high qui feel free. /stick -> F6 4tw.
