Well done for getting the relics back.

It has been an interesting few weeks, especially the last few days.

Some excellent battles have been had.

We shall be back for our relics once we have swept out Excalibur and had our beer & kebabs ;)

Aaah but I was ashamed of elise at the raid yesterday I was this close to PA your yellow mage ass then you ran into the mass and couldn't find you again.

This time the raid was PRIMETIME, so all make a habit of trying to take them PRIMETIME please, so much more fun and don't give me that dodgy tactics explanation for not.

the raid wasnt primetime :)

It was as people were returning from work, school etc. 7pm to 10pm is generally primetime on server :)

However, it IS better than 2am/3am like lastnight, and for many, better than our raid at 9am.

Times arent very important though, as people do play at different times of the day :)

OK looks like our afternoon shift has recaptured, I expect the Alb evening shift to counter us and i'll be on with the late shift to counter the counter, does that sound like a plan :)

Well done....logged on to see if the doors had been repaired yet :rolleyes: and ended up in the middle of the raid......tried to help and then the phones start to ring at work.....next stop camelot hills :(

Nah wasn't primetime for most of us, Knights Templar managed to scrape together maybe 1 incomplete lvl 45+ group. In primetime we can manage about 3 with a few spares. However, enough sour grapes, I've had a huge amount of fun tonight. No pressure anymore. Killed afanc (twice) killed moran the mighty, generally an all around good laugh (although the 15 or so stonelords that wiped us towards the end was a little irritating!)

Plus a lot of people will be having a break from DAoC to play Neverwinter Nights at the moment, so less people still ;)

What will next alb excuse be??
Will it be:
a) Jenny Jones was on so we couldnt be there.
b) Since DAOC american game, primetime is 7 am mornings.
c) Coward middies did not announce raid on forum beforehand, like brave albs once did.

So what do you think??

Grats to those who took part - after the last coupla failed raids I've been in at Prime time its nice to see one pulled off!

I think that this one is about as close to the peak hours as is achievable given the current problems with mass rvr!

Poor Albs :)

Oh yeah, the servers didn't crash while you were on the way here, and you didn't have an idiot posting about the raid on these forums....and the relic wasn't taken by someone who shouldn't have touched it...and....and...;)

actually we did have a mass ld on the way there on our second run (to get the last 2 relics)

who needs someone to post on the forums when the albs knew about the raid even before we got to excal? (from a couple of exploring albion adventures)

and finally yes we did have the relic picked up by someone that shouldnt have touched it


but guess what? we dealt with it (just because we didnt whine about it doesnt mean it didnt happen)

@ Blood: This is a bit off topic, but am I correct in assuming that you can not be a 1000 skill fletcher because of a bug in the patch?

Primetime according to TVs is around 7-10pm. But eneough arguing, it's MUCH better than hibs 5am raid. About the same as our 9am raid on sunday morning :)

Anyway, it's a relief to us albs, we can go back to exping now without being pulled off 15 minutes later by middie "raid" on excalibur.

BTW, Blood and someone further up, NOBODY is flaming you, it's just friendly poke in the ribs :) :cool:

well done mids luckily i werent there like last time and done some damage :D but anyway i guess u guys are gonna be the ones staying up late now defending :cool:

yeah, hendrick, when i got 999 fletching it said "You must go see your Order Trainer

but when you go to the Order Trainer, he has no idea what you are talking about..

if it's because the database cant handle 4 digits or if they simply forgot to instruct the trainer, i dont know.. atleast we cant get 1000 and above.. since getting 999 i have gotten quite alot of messages about "You must see your Order Trainer to raise your Fletching" quite sad really since that must be when i am earning skillpoints

:) i do often come off sounding angry when im not, its just that i frank and direct.. yesterday was a happy day :)

Edit: and no i love being blue and short, because Eroa loves me for being blue and short :)

atleast when i go into battle everyone knows who i am just by looking at me :) (they dont need to target me to figure out that that crimsom red fella over there is Blood)

you see.. i wear the colors i wear, because it identifies me to both my enemies and my friends.. in my eyes thats whats earns glory, because my enemies know im deadly if left alone, and will do anything to get my RP :)

Well I damned well hope noone thinks for one moment I have been copying you... I've been wearing red armour since beta should anyone think otherwise ;)

Mind you, I don't think my RP tally is a close copy of yours, Blood, I'm still working on that :)

hehe, well i have only been wearing crimsom red for about 3-4 months

and when 1.50 i will be changing back to complete black (allthou i probably wont play much with Blood anymore).. because of See Hidden
