wow thats unbelievably off the mark
his support is from Iraqi loyalists and iraqi insurgents who believe the yanks and british should never have come to iraq in the first place...

and most likely in a sense you are right, it will be used as ammo to recruit new troops.
But again, the religion is irrelevant anything can be twisted to recruit easily led people,

to be quite frank hanging is probably one the worst corporal punishment still in existance, seeing as if your lucky you snap your neck but the majority hang there and get chocked to death which can take 15 mins

Especially in Islamic countries where the aim is to make the death as painfull as possibly (the drop isn't high or instead of dropping they pull the victim up so neck wont snap).

I wish we had here in the UK, would clear up prison cells and get rid of people who will just reoffend.

or make him sneeze forever! I remember reading that record for most consecutive sneezes was something like 690, well what if it was permanent and for years! that would be a bit annoying
