S/S Valk template

Not taking credit for it, there was champ template posted on postcount I simply turned it on its head and made it into a Valk version. Got this on my valk at present and she's brick hard to kill.

Valk spec is 39 sword 27 parry 42 shield 42 mend

Mid dragon chest doesnt have the HoT proc on like hibs and albs but it does have 200 heal proc + 10% conversion proc on which is also ace.
