Everyone seems to have missed one of the more vital tings :(

... use the terrain to your advantage ffs! In particular, try stay at least on same lvl niveau as your enemies, tho if you can get higher up, that much the better as spells/ranged attacks has a further reach then that of the enemy.

a couple of points for casters:

hide behind something if possible. if you jump behind a tree so that you can only see a couple of enemies from your position, that also means that only a couple enemies can see you. take them down then move to a new position. you _are_ the enemies prime target, so try to stay out of sight.

rules from pve still count in rvr, when a fellow soft class is being chased then stun and help him out. this is more important than trying to get "last" nuke on everything the tanks are fighting.

i'd type more but lo and behold - its lunch time!

Running on hills tend to make me lose stick so I would suggest casters run up and down hills if there are any near by to make the tank on you lose stick ;)

A little advice for healer wardens;

Try not to be infront of the stick.. follow the group a little behind to reduce the chance of mezz.. Bubble is gone when ur mezzed so better avoid that.

Don't stay close to main healer nme's wil try anything to prevent healers doin their job. If u see dr00d splitting to left u better run to right and try to stay behind. If u stay close to main healer more chance both u and main healer is distracted by any AE mezz, DoT etc.

Try to stay alive !! ( prolly this is the most important 1 ) more u live more u keep bub up..

Better use base heals due to cast time.. ( spec heal have 4sec cast time )

Try to get RA's that will prevent u getting oop quick while bub sucking ur power..

Watch the combat and try to guess who will need heals most in next few seconds..

If u feel urself safe take out ur bow and shoot the casters to prevent them casting.. ( killed a caster with my bow by hitting 60 dmg each shot what a misirable way to die ! )

Try to keep all your group in buble range ( dont go too far in the name of staying alive ;) )

Watch for your resists timers try to avoid loosing resists in high aggro risk areas

Never tried this but might work ne opinions wellcomed; casting single buble on a caster getting hit by 1 melee class.. prolly the caster will loose hp's faster then u can restore so whynot prevent him from taking dmg..

If u are oop then check the situation and attack with /assist <main tank>..

And still thinking on Purge matter... I wonder if its good for a warden, when mezzed on 1 fg vs 1 fg combats to hit purge for getting bubble back and pretend like mezzed for a few more secs ??

Sure there are lots of more experienced Wardens of any type out there. I'll be really glad if u add / correct my opinions about a Healer warden's role in RvR.

Btw some ppl in random groups ask me why I dont attack etc. I have 33 regrowth 20 blade so I'll better stay at heal ;)

Nice tips Haradrim,

Yes, purge is nice for a warden to get bubble back.. nothing is worse than standing around and seeing your group die around you just because you're mezzed by some lone minstrel or something.

Disagree on the bow thing though due to bow taking so long to aim and shoot in a battle and doing minimal damage. Usually rely on tanks, bards and mages to take out people who are still casting.

Try to surround the enemy as it were.. they often don't notice someone healing behind them.

if you have TWF you can use it to lose enemy tanks who think it's funny to interrupt you. drop it somewhere (make sure it's not near any mezzed targets though) and run through it, gives you time to cast another heal.

If you're a firby, standing in front or on top of a mage helps him not to get interrupted and usually makes short work of any tank attacking you.

Ok here is a tip that is really really selfish but pretty funny and i guarantee you it always works. If you as a caster have a tank stick on you, run to nearest casting groupmate (healer/mage), the tank will see him casting spells and switch target to him, ROFL.

I swear to god this works 90% of the times, but your groupmate will probably get pissed at you :)

In this case this would usually be memeerf, start of fights i always have 5-6 tanks stick on me, i just run to him and he pbaoes them and they fall like flies, when they swap target to hit him its my turn to pbaoe, mwahaah :)

Some other tips, dont start a fight unless you are 100% sure you can end it, that means dont fcking break mez on a 500 pound heavy armsman wich can whack me in 2 hits with his polearm.

Mages dont use stun, nuke, nuke, instead nuke 2-3 times then when target is one 30% stun and finish him with last nukes so he does not get IP of.

Tanks dont fcking hit targets that are on me unless u are going to stun them or whack for 1k+ dmg ok? ill handle it myself. You either going to break my mez or someones elses root.

Well there is alot more than this but here is what i can think of right now.

No more healing for you ;)

Ok bow wielding might be slightly silly but think this way,

Its out of context a bow wielding hugee firby in scale armor doh!! also casting some spells hummzz.. It happened a few times some low intelligent albs stood infront of me and staring at me trying to figure out what I am ;)

Anyway according to my experience a warden must improve his/her skills of survival.. pity ist not speccable :(

Actually I will try to stand on the caster next time but tbh I'm kinda nervous about Magical's feelings about 500 pound firby standing on him !! that might hurt a fragile elph..

And Tyka yess ur tactic is working well m8 once u passed me at amg 3 tanks chasing u and left 2 of them to me.. ;) well that last one seemed well determined to me tho..

And as its insta cast now don't afraid to close bub to regen mana fast while ur not in combat.. ( just dont forget to open it when ur at full power or engaged with nme )
