RvR Captains

Lot of stuff goes on in rvr and for a lot of it (mainly emain) there is little leadership going on and other times there is to much leadership going on with ppl shouting orders all over the place.
It would be very usefull to appoint some RvR captains who know daoc warfair well, can lead the aimless hibs in what ever situation they happen to be in and keep in good contact with the alliances.
I know Asmodan aready does this job in cbh /as but it would be nice to have a few more ppl and a title for the job.

I am in no way after 1 of these jobs I much perfer following than leading but I do lead if no1 else seems to be.

I'm not sure who would go about sorting these captains we'd need some sort of council if we don't have 1 already.

I agree with you, but it comes down to ppl wanting to do there own thing all the time, some ppl wont follow orders from certain ppl, some ppl just wont follow orders.
now i dont expect ppl to be told what to do, but it would be nice if we as a realm could try and work together.. communication is one of the biggest problems. and once we start to communicate more efficiantly we will work better together as a realm imo.

for starters we have more then 25 guilds if we would merge now. that will force us to say kthxbye to some guilds without a proper reason...
