Rss reader type things

I just did a search for this on the forums, as I am sure its been up before, but sadly couldn't find anything. So, my question to you is, which is the best?
I want one that can just display the headlines of stories it thinks might interest me from sites I specify. I want this in some kind of small window/ticker thing that sitsin the corner of me computer screen.

Any ideas?

In an attempt to actually answer your question, have a go with feedreader. Very handy for me.
