Think most peeps already do tbh (not a dig). I know I use the usercp as my start point.

To a degree I think. LiveMarks are a nice feature but they don't present RSS in as good a way as a dedicated reader, such as those mentioned above or the Sage extension. Yes, you can have the bookmarks sidebar to display headlines in a similar manner to Sage, but it isn't really designed for that. It's a cool little toy and wonderful as it will introduce people to RSS who previous didn't know of it (and provide basic usage, of course) but as an aggregation tool it doesn't hold up. It'll be good for some purposes, but I find Sage to be better laid out for actual 'newsreading'.
