Router Weirdness...

I have a D-Link DSL504 and after being connected for a couple of days it refuses to let me access the http config, it just throws up a 'page cannot be displayed' error... I have 2 computers plugged into it but only one is active at the moment (I've tried accessing it from both).

Every time I reboot the router it loses my current ISP settings (despite clicking 'add' and 'modify' numerous times when I re-enter the information) and there is no power switch and/or reboot button on the router itself.

What am I doing wrong? :(

Do you mean you can only access the config from one PC and not the other?

You probably need to add the second PC as trusted, within the router's config.

D-Links are well known for having lots of probelms.. but putting that aside, I ashume after the 2 days. you have to reset the Router to get it working again ? with the Intern0te or just so you can View the config ? also if you are having to do a hard reset? If so you will ofc loose any setting you had.
The best bet is to look at the dlink website and look under the support pages for info about your router there could be many reasons for this happing you are not configuring it right, its faulty etc.. etc.. looking round teh Internet(quick search in google) there are a few ppl about 10pages worth of results of ppl have probelms with the same router, but from a quick glance none seam to be the same as yours most ppl haveing to wait 10-15min to connect to the NET. :E looking @ D-links support pages there is 1 update for your Firmware
dont do this tho unless you have done it b4 or know what you are doing.. you best bet is to speak with there technical support..

From what I remember about a Linksys router there is a separate "save" option on the main menu, you need to choose that to make the setting permanent.
