After 4 years of playing on the comedy realm (alb) myself and a friend are making hibbie toons + a Druid BB.

Its a side project right now but thought it be good to post my character name so those hibbies i know (either through RvR, Real life meetings or irc can pm me in game with either abuse or helpful suggestions!)

So to those who know me come and say hello to Boombastix the noob mentalist probably grinding in a TD near you!

hmm a tip mate, menta isnt the best choice if you want good rvrgrps (dont know any menta besides Maeloch that actually have managed to make a name for himself). Id suggest eld or a chanter, druid or BM if you want frequent RVRgrps.

make a char they want in opted grps or u'll have to proof urself in another class
maybe if u get into a guild that runs their own grps and don't care about making the opted grp and go for more fun

All im gonna tell is that its really hard to get RvR grps with mentalists.
Ppl brefer Bainshees instead of mentas.

Yeah i realise mentas dont get opted RvR invites really, my friends playing a chanter and with our bot i figure we can duo to 50 and grind arties really quick.

Will run the menta out solo or with my friend for awhile but then it shouldnt be too hard to PL a groupaple toon out if i find a slot going in a decent group at some point in time!

Thanks Groal always enjoy our fights, just wish i'd win more often tbh!

Calmin will still be out and about now and again looking for PAs he can catch in his face but since my normal 8man group arent around and soloing has been a nightmare lately i just figure it be better devoting my spare time to something a bit more enjoyable.

Im the other half of this duo, or 2/3 i should say as Calmin is making me play the bot aswell.

Like Ben says its a side project atm purely cus im somewhat bored of alb, we picked our classes based on what would be the best duo to lv 50. Thanks very much for such a warm welcome. See you all out there!

The bot doesnt have catacombs yet so TDs are out and they're boring anyways, if people can suggest could places to xp on camps of mobs up to 50 we'd really appreciate it!

Up to 20 anythings good, after that I would go though the mainland dungeons as they offer good exp bonuses and resonable spawns/camps, failing that frontier for the exp.

Try Spraggon den from 18-24ish
Then mess around in rvr near border keeps for a couple of levels.
Trieb Callite to finish up to 30
Corus mines to 40 (or even 50 depending on setup).
40-50 there are lots of options, fins in frontier, leprechauns, Sheroie hills, SI dungeons, TOA, quests etc etc.

Anyway Calmin. Roll what you feel like. If you can stick with a friar, you sure as hell can stick with a menta. Less narrowminded people that talk about 4 classes and 47 music specs is the only way togo for bards :>
