Rollback ffs

Prydwen : We are the problem

While everything went just as it should during the maintenance and even early this afternoon, we just received some bad news from the admins who were monitoring how Prydwen (and Logres) were doing.

We are bringing Prydwen (& Logres) down for an emergency maintenance and we will have to perform one of the dreaded rollback. There are no other solutions and we are not considering this as an easy thing to do. We are sincerely sorry for this, for players who played today and for players unable to play during the maintenance. The server will be rollbacked to this morning, around 6am.

There is no ETA yet as these maintenances are considered as "serious". We will keep you informed as soon as possible.

I've heard of and seen many very bad companies, but I must admit that I've never seen a company fuck around with it's customers like they were mindless marionets and destroy the product they continously buy month after month with some sad excuse. Some would say the info from GOA is sufficient, I disagree. If your VCR breaks and you go to the store where you bought it, you'll be told exactly what's wrong with it and why and you'll ofc (ofc would apply to normal business standard rules) receive some form of compensation.
GOA will, if they act as they have in the past, hand out 5 free minutes of gaming time...

We get a server upgrade and you whine, if they didnt upgrade you'd whine. The way I see it, they get whines either way, so if it were me I'd treat you like a pile of crap too
