Did you actually look and see if it was their fault?

99% of the time its down to some router not playing nicely between you and the server.

Internets a big place >nods<

Blaming external routers doesn't really cut it, other MMOGs and even US DAoC don't suffer these issues so why should GOA? If it really IS down to their backbone then it's time they find another backbone isn't it.

99% of the lagg issues on EuroDAoC is caused by Opentransit.

On a sidenote: Opentransit is owned by France Telecom wich again is the owner of GOA....
Yes Opentransit is GOA's ISP naturally
