Roleplay event anyone?

To bad Easter is over or GOA could hide some eggs around in one of the frontiers.
After a set time, say 2 hours, whichever realm has brought back most eggs to their keep wins.
When someone carry an egg, it can be seen by all players as a floating egg-like icon above their head. If the player is killed, the killer gets the egg.




An Egg of Youth artifact will be lottoed out to a player in the winner realm

It would be cool if we could line up the armies like a battlefield of old, perhaps on the hills around the aqueduct in Hadrian's Wall -- within sight of each other but not attacking until everyone is ready. The leaders could work out any tactics they wanted, such as one or two FGs trying to flank the enemy while the others charge. On the word "go", the battle would commence, etc etc.

There has been memorials, Goa events etc made to put all realms together, cooperate etc. But afaik it has not been done with pure rvr intentions. So what about we do it? Gether up laaaarge forces from all three realms, go to 3 different spots and determine a place for the battle. Then wreak havoc upon eachother.

Q: Where?
A: Dunno yet, but i bet we need to do it either in alb frontier or in less populated parts of the mid/hib frontiers, ie. Jamtland, yggdra, collory, breifine etc.

Q: How?
A: people from all 3 realms gather as many people they want/need. Try to work out a tactic, get to their spot.

Q: Why?
A: For fun, realmpoints and to determine whos realm is ze strongest.

Q: Will GoA participate to help/avoid being banned for talking with realm enemies during gameplay?
A: Dunno, anyone who has held in large events and has contacted goa plz give advice on how to get them to help.

Any tips, voulenteers, ideas or flames are welcome.

Well as i see it, it will be way to much lag im afraid

But hink about this for 1 sec as an alternative..

You could do a tournament of some kind.. 1 or 2 fg's of each realm fighting against each other each time.. Some guilds run with 1caster grp and 1tank grp. We could all see who the 1337 is in the realms

If it could be done however with everybody zerging everybody at the same time that would be the best idea imo :worthy:
