well, not quite thou... naxos bracer has 36.7 UT if i rmbr correctly, and that is with 2+ all melee on it, and that means you gotta repair that item else you loose the + skill in your template. and sometimes in this case 3 extra str cap on a item can make a big diffrence if you wanna tweak out every little bit of the temp =P
