Well its very similar to one I've posted, but bit less spirit resists, has a CB which with mez feedfack is nice to have item - won't deny that. Depends where you wan't to use the template :wub:

aye 9% speed, but then if your fully buffed & your dex is capped (especially with aug dex) that 1% of cast speed you wont even notice, ..its a solid all round template that uses the champ wep which has a less RUT than tarts & uses probably the best artis a caster can use (zorak/Jacs/MS/scalas/CB etc)

If i wanted to have 10% cast speed i could have, but it would have meant dropping 1 of my artis..id rather have a good arti for a caster than 1% cast speed
