Hugins Claw: 175D + 10% Cold Debuff

Ok, nuke with debuff component. Wild Power will increase the chance of a crit for just the damage, or for the debuff too? Is Wild Arcana required for the debuff to crit, or can a debuff component not crit?

wp will definitely not give you chance to crit on the debuff component. WA does give you a chance to crit on the snare component of disease and debuff on legendary weapons (for example), so i'm sure you can crit on the nuke debuff aswell

You hit for 613 (+56) damage!
You critical hit for an additional 478 damage!

That's what I call a crit!

and no, u cant crit on the debuff with wp. i havent tried with MA, but i doubt it.. resist is 10% no matter what on the dd, and cant be resisted if the nuke aint resisted.

Wa crits the snare component in dd+snare on bd.So theres a good possiblity it will debuff for extra perhaps on your debuff dd.

as far as i know it only gives 5% lowered resist on target and not 10% as it says on the spellinformation.

Crit on debuffs = wild arcana
Crit on DD = Wild power

this is exactly what it says.. i see 10%, so its 10% debuff...

It delves 10, it debuffs 5...and you call yourself RR8, pfft!

Duel someone, tell him to check his coldresist, then nuke him with that nuke and tell him to check his coldresist again.

According to Inwe it could be affected by castable resistbuffs tho, but on a target with no resistbuffs you only debuff 5% with it.

its the same old delve shit as haste being 2x the accual haste

I'm sure I remember something about some change to all this (besides changing how high you have to spec for the last debuff in each line)

yeh, tested it too.. only 5% debuff.. but i think its different when ur buffed with cold resist.. not sure tho.. but gives about 50 more damage each nuke with the debuff nuke (when debuffed that is)

Prolly totaly wrong now but didnt the Debuffs count double vs resistbuffs pre-nerf? so ie a 50% colddebuff like the on in 48rc would drop a target to way below 0% even with 26+AoM9+24buffed coldresist. Nm thou since its not gonna happen now after the nerf anyway.

last RC cold debuff does drop targets below 0%

the nerf was that before debuffs counted double against resist buffs, now they only debuff to delve, so if a person have more than 50% resists from item-race-buff, you will remove only 50% from him and wont reach below 0... and if target have only item-resists, then debuff even less effective...
