Rightnow

I cant see the tab that allows me to ask a question in Rightnow, when i goto the help in right now it explains how to ask a question but when it gets to the part that says: "Click on the [x]" i just get a box with a red X in middle.. java error ?

Any ideas as atm i cant ask any questions via Rightnow ?

You need to look at at least one FAQ - the 'How to use Rightnow' FAQ will do fine - and then the 'ask a question' tab becomes active just above the main text window.
