Rightnow Response Time

Anyone know the typical response time from RightNow recently?

I submitted a request bout a bugged quest 8 days ago and have heard nothing.

Re-send it or check it and they did say they were busy in fri news.

on normal days i.e. not like what they said on friday, i get a response in 10-20 mins.

I sent an email to them last night, got a non- automated reply by 11am this morning. top notch
