Customer Support interface maintenance :
The version of RightNow we are currently using for our knowledge database and Customer Support will be upgraded next Sunday (January 12th, 2003). Therefore, you will not be able to contact our Customer Support on this day. This new version will allow a better synchronization of your personal information and will bring many handy modifications for our CSR team, mostly transparent for users.
