Well it does happen i for 1 hadent seen or met the original blaen when i chose my char name it was a name id used on another game because blaen was already taken.I dont see the big issue blaen is a cleric i'm a scout and theres been no issues with my name between the 2 of us.Such a shame that something so petty needs to end up in a argument.
This being said im sure people keep killing me cause they think im him hehe.

If im not mistaken, isnt this a character from a book?

If so, isnt it understandable that is the original spelling has gone, he may choose to alter it slightly so that he may still play the character (or as close as he can get) that he originally wanted? I had a character called Merlyn - just hope I didnt annoy all the merliens, merlin or melines out there.
