RF resistent to heat?

So correct me if im wrong here.

RF (hib RF, mid studded, alb RF)

All these 3 reinforced are resistent to heat damage according to the tables right.

Has anyone tested this though? just heard summin contrary to this that I wanted to check.

Hib reinforced is bugged on the tables, its actually neutral to it.

You can quite easily test it by using a heater on a fellow ranger; calculate the resists you see and compare it with his actual resists.

Was till atleast previous patch 0% neutral.
