Go with Prydwen. If you want to play with a lot of other Scandinavians/Danes, then play in Midgard, there's bloody loads of em there
Hibbie is probably the "friendliest" realm to a new player, the people on it seem very helpful. Having said that I'm sure a few people from here will help you out on Midgard if you need it.

Hibs are nice people. problem is, there arent that many of them, so expect to solo lots, until you reach a fairly high level.
Mid is probably in the same category of 'niceness' as albion, give or take a few. the ammount of scandinavians are abundant no matter where you go (Hibernia is perhaps a bit more 'Vikingly impaired', but...).
Alb has an overall more varied Landscape, ranging from midgard'ish snowlands, to Hibernian golfcourses, in case youre into those sort of things. Playability, i'd say is fairly equal, from my own experience.
