have you tryed phoneing the US support number ?

email mythic if you know the email addy of the acc, they will email the psw/acc name... stupid system but i got my US acc back doing that.

it's more stupid to loose your acc ID and you can only remember the password, isn't it?

You write down the password and the client saves your user ID. If you re-install DaoC and don't use the account for a long time its possible to forget the name.
