resurrecting chars

if i were to get my chars back on another server after (hopefully) getting them restored would they be equipped or would it just be them naked?

well i would /level the hibbies but i cant speak any other languages apart from english and i play on excal with a 50

well to GOA got an email back 5 hours later saying they couldnt restore my characters coz i deleted them too long ago . but still for speedyness
