Restoring deleted emails in Outlook Express

Is there an easy way of restoring deleted emails in Outlook Express, or do you need a special program for that?

Of course I mean properly deleted from deleted items, not just ordinarily deleted...

To be honest I doubt that you could restore them at all given that they are stored within a *.dbx database file. But then I guess if you used EasyRecovery Pro or something similar and restored the Deleted Items.dbx file it may work.
