Respeccstones not just from dragon

Atleast I didnt know about this.

Here's a respecc stone dropped in TG in upcoming patch.
I thought only dragon could drop those.

Single line only, but anyway

in 1.60 all named mobs in TG (like councils etc) have a chance to drop such a stone

i heard (not seen any yet) dragon respec stones are full respec, and TG dropped ones have the chance to be either...RA respec, single line respec or full respec.

can be wrong but think tg mobs will drops stones in 1.61 not in 1.60. Dragon drops ra respec25 stones and 25 respec skill in 1.58 taht meens comming patch.
