Respec shammy?

Argh im soon going crazy... im a troll (shammy) and i need a respec when i reach lvl 40. Have talked to serval ppl and they all got different opinoins about how i should respec. Now i ask the mass (you) what do you think is the best aug/mend or aug/cave?

My 2 choices for stats when i reach lvl 50...

Aug 34 (Gets reg.end grp +4)
Cave/Sub 41
Rest in Mend

or

Aug 42 (Gets reg.end grp +5)
Mend 33
Rest in Sub/Cave

Is cave actually any good in RvR, if not it seems kinda pointless to set any points on it.

well the way I see it, u only get 2 good spells from cave.. aedot and aeroot..

the aedisease is baseline, and is highly effective..

AEdot is mostly worth something in keep-rvr.

high aug will be well-liked in rvr, especially with future (1.61) changes to caps..

42aug is too high if you are not a bot(feck off retards) and 41cm, i'd rather take 41mend since cm isnt the best spec for grp'ing.

mend is very nice but where is my uber dotting shamans they are all gone and turned into buffbots (high aug). well mend/aug is the best way too go, but i think u will have more FUN with aug/cave

if ya gonna play your shaman as your main in rvr I suggest you to go with cave 46
That sure is effective and fun. Being a support shaman is kinda boring. Others will love you but you get bored.

High aug aint borring imo, but ppl r very diff when it comes to this, some love healing, some love dmg'ing hell some even love mezzing, and all u gotta do is ask urself what u wanna do, cause imo best shammy spec for rvr is 42aug rest mend, VERY nice spec, very loved by groups and IMO! VERY fun to play

32 aug, some mend (20-30) rest in cave for variance on baseline dot and root.

Well, my shaman is 46 cave, 23 aug and 16 mend, and I love it. There is more keep rvr now that we got corpse summoners to deal with. Spamming ae dot and ae disease is VERY efficient (and fun) in keep takes/defenses. Can also solo orange mobs. Haven't soloed any rvr, so wouldn't know about that, but can probably deal with any pure melee class because of insta pbaoe disease (your get away free card) and end regen. Then you can just bolt, dot and dd him to death. Throw in a root after a bolt and dd if need be, so you can do it all over again They are matter based and many players gimp their matter resist at it's the least important and it's hard to get everything maxed without full mp sc armor.

My shammy is cave 46, Aug 26, Mend 10 and I like it =)

Just throw ae dot and sprint it works, really =))

Also makeing a new shammy since I dont wanna respec my dear fusse, going mend 43, aug 32, cave 6 with that one.

But a nice spec could be. Cave 41, Aug 32, rest mend.

Go with Cave 0 if you are one of those people that likes seeing other people enjoying themselves.

Go with high Cave if you wanna have some fun yourself.

No cave is viable if its an Alt, but not if its gonna be your main.

You will soon get bored of standing at the back topping up buffs, and IMHO Shammy mend is fecked. If you want to just buff and heal, you should have chosen a healer.

I have 41/32/14 c/a/m, which works very well. 32 Aug is almost a must, as casting 8 end regens every ten minutes grows old fast.

Got a 40 shaman, planning for a balanced spec of 27 mend, 38 aug, 27 cave (get them 16% resist buffs is always nice for longevity of a group)

End stats will be Cave 41, aug 32 and the rest in mend..

Making a healer instead for the healing part ..

One thing is for sure - Shammi's heals are weak.
Havent seen any shammi healing for more than 300 HP - and its too low in RvR.

Im making my shammi 37-15-33 Aug-Mend-Cave

Ill have descent AE dot, good buffs and some heals. Thinking about making Aug 42 still - but its questionable

41/32/14 here, 2nd friggs is enough in mend line, 41 cave = best DD/Bolt, and 32 aug=1sts end regen

During our Farmraids in Midgard , i haven't seen 1 dot without a red border.
