Requiel and DLGamer: Do we get our keys before servers are up?

... just wondering, seeing as GoA & DLGamer seems to have some sort of agreement on when they send out keys. I still haven't received my key yet... and I really wan't it before or when servers are back up!

Well brilliant. Asked DLGamer when I would get my keys. They said they were still waiting for GOA to send 'em to them...
