Request new game password

ok so i have tried to get a new game pass to my account pressed the button 3 times now over the time of about 1h and still no email(s), i changed a small thing in the personal information to see if there was something wrong with my email provider, but i got that mail right away. So is any1 else having this problem or do u goa folks know anything about it?

Check your junk filters or your privacy settings. Some providers eat emails from noreply addresses.

you shouldnt have to w8 a few days for an email to arrive
