Reply to in "inbox"?

Why isnt there a reply to button in inbox?

There is forward and Quote but no reply when you read a message.

Umm you just press quote then if you don't want the quoted text, delete it.

Because the buttons are badly labelled. As Mobius says, just hit ‘quote’.
