Rep Reset Query

Has anyone here been Rep Reset?

I got it done on purpose the other week, but one thing struck me as odd...

My Rep shows 0 when i goto User CP, however I just received rep off a few people and the number stays at 0.

Does my rep have to exceed the original number before it will show up again, or will it stay 0 regardless of how much rep i receive?

Also when i rep people will they receive the same amount of rep as before, or do they receive an amount much lower?
