Renown Item vendor on RvR server?

Testing on one of the RvR servers as Empire, and I have noticed that there is not a Renown vendor!?
No I don't mean the vendor that gives you Influence Rewards btw.

Any idea what the score is here? As it stands there is no point in a renown rank apart from the title.

Yep, for T2 and up, apparently.
I've played on non-rvr server (ie most of them) and the renown vendors are in town.

Sorry to be naive but where/what is a warcamp for Empire?

Its the place outside new elmscrank, the open RVR area... They spawn outside a tent, next to the healer that is Opposite that big gold siege thing

(this is for tier 1 btw)
