I was unaware that Camelot never deleted old accounts so started a new one. The new one was given the same subscription name as my old one with the figure 1 after it. When I discovered that I could renew my old account I went to support and asked how. I was advised to go the subscription site and merely renew. Regrettably all it would let me reach was my new subscription. My old subscription was linked to a different e.mail address to that which I am using now and this is long gone. Is there any hope for me? E.mails to GOA, and I have had about 4, keep telling me I just need to renew the account by going to the account site...even though I have explained to them that this site keeps bringing up my current account and will not recognise my old account.
