removal of a spyware prog

called Error Safe. spybot s&d doesn't get rid of it or even detect it. anyone know how to get rid of it for my computer illiterate step-dad?

edwido is usually pretty good at stuff like this think it changed name tho but should be able to find it with google.

if not just google the name more than likely a solution out there.

Try Add Aware SE from lavasoft. Similar thing to spybot s&d, use em both as they sometimes pickup something the other doesnt.

Add aware finds it, but cant get rid of it, got the same problem ;x

Go into safemode then delete the stuff if you know where it's located and yeah edwido is good spyware remover.(which are now part of AVG.)
