Remote admin

How do i go about setting up remote console/admin on our barrysworld server. I have tried the commands in the FAQ, to no avail.

Does it need to be set up by barrysworld staff at the config file level?

when you make your booking you can see the remote admin port. Remote admin is on by default. Use a tool like Blackbag Ops server manager (not 2.0 beta tho as i don't think it works):
