I made a hero sc template for someone using some of the new items and yeah its much easier to make a decent SC kit with mainly 99% qual armour now. The one I made had the following:

Stats:
Str: 75 Int: 0 Hits: 202
Con: 77 Pie: 0 Power: 0
Dex: 76 Cha: 0
Qui: 76 Emp: 0

Resists:
Body: 26 Energy: 27 Crush: 26
Cold: 27 Matter: 25 Thrust: 26
Heat: 27 Spirit: 27 Slash: 27

Skills:
5 Blades 11 Parry
5 Shield

And with spear..
Skills:
3 Celtic Spear 10 Parry
