For it to be a good relicraid according to mid you need to go there solo and unbuffed as a rejuvcleric,smiting your way through the mids that you have notified in good time before you set off.

iirc (and had it confirmed, so i do) sotl took outer door down with guild alone, then got wiped by mids

was a great achievement back then but i wouldnt say "almost took a relic"

We took down the first door and damaged the second one with 3fg(ish) before being wiped. I then got everyone up at 6am the next morning to try and take a relic fully on our own but at the time we set off (just before 7am) the Mids started their own relic raid so we called ours off to go and defend. Oh the irony. All of this was only possible because GOA brought in the patch that changed door damage without the subsequent patch that increased the health of doors. Had the mids not started their own relic raid at an ungodly hour I think we would have had a pretty good chance but such is life.
