Relic raid on Grallarhorn

Did you enjoy it everyone?

Did you middies play "Where is the alb zerg?" ?

I had immense fun jogging from keep to keep slaying and dying and I think it was the largest albion turnout for RVR in a very long time.

I noticed that under 1fg of mids were in emain at one point, you must have a very solid alliance and support from the whole realm in general.

I think the tables were turned from Albion to Midgard as soon as you killed the corpse summoner in Hlidskialf and we turned up too late to create a solid defense of the keep. Killing the Nottmoor Faste CS first also erased our backup plan too.

Those relic doors are right expensive eh? :)

was good fun we were stunnd alb could get so many together doing the same thing what did you use to do it?

As for the relic doors no probs we will just get our BD's out and farm up a few plat .

Not overtly expensive.. though the move to Mjollnir was the mistake.. As for midgards unity.. we were outnumbered all night by you albs.. which were well lead.. the one mistake youu made , and that i wa waiting for was Mjollnir.. the sacrifice of Mjollnir's door to remove the cs problem.. and with it.. the major alb threat was one I was willing to make. Good to see you albs have given up sneaking round at 8am on a sunday morning.

To the leader of albs forces... most likely Laird.

Laird was the one who led the overall management and Salazzar was the Battle Force Commanding Officer. I was the navigator of the zerg :D

There was also a stealth zerg but I'm not sure who led that force. Mustve been top secret or sommat ;)

After we attacked Grallar, did you always have a large force in there waiting for us or did you all move out?

As I just got a group in malmo it took quite some time before I decided to leave and help with the relic defence but that was the best decision ever.

I ran around with Bluerock my cave-shammy and ae-dotted everything...its was the same kind of fun as I had with the class in Thindranki so long ago.

Thanks to the albs and mids for a very fun night!

Well it was a might fine night, and fun was had by all, the first battle for Hlid, was the best RvR i had for a while, we were so close to losing at one stage the whole night's plans was in jeopardy.

Great night hope to do it again.

Salazzar
Phoenix Legion

PS this was not a relic raid, it was a punitive force. When i was i mid on this server Kalgarn borrowed a gold piece from me and he still has not paid it back :).

Was a great night and a great turnout from both Albion and Midgard. The battle for Hlidskialf was of epic proportions with over 100 Midgardians (I'm led to believe) finally driven off with wave after wave of Albion forces pouring out of the keep, ending up with a charge down the hill and north towards Nottmoor to mop up the fleeing and bloodied Midgard forces.

Nice to see the boot on the other foot

/military Mids and Albs

Marvellous stuff. :)
Bah Post pics of your defeat at Grallar instead. :D

I'll leave that to the mids and those uber hard Jarls that saw us off. ;)

I was around in the early(ish)-mid stages of the Mid defence but after the fight at Hild it was obvious no relics were going to shift hands and it was going to be keep jumping with zerg all night so I logged off to take a break.

Some good running fights and the battle outside Hild has got to be one of the most impressive I've seen yet. Open field massive scale battle.

Well done Albs.

And btw there isn't just one alliance in Mid, there are many and we all talk to each other ;)

say only i was so dam tired!
friday around 6 hours in TG and now this?
but was fun, eclipse roaming around same time.
ae for everyone! :)
was little bit scary when early read from /cg around 150 albs reported and same time look around whit ~90 mids, luckily numbers rised slowly over 100.
defending gralla was huge lag fest, as usual,
just trying target one and press ae or gtaeo.

but indeed, those who participate mids side i rise my hat!
hard work and alott new shoes.

I just feel sorry for all thoose infils that tried to BS me while i was dotting like crazy. Out of 6 attacks from Dual wielders, 1 weapon hit me for 96 damage, and that was not even a poison blade :D Then a quick dot and see that infil slam into the ground dead :p. Was hell of a fun night, and thoose I saw got the defence together, Rhymer for a fast established cg and Bauer for yelling out commands :)

And that lag actually save me ass a few time :) Single target Dot crit for 250-280 per tick. on a caster. Fun, fun, fun, fun.

As I said in another thread; the main objective was to demonstrate what Albion can do if we get our arses into gear. Making off with a relic or 3 would just have been the icing on the cake. ;)

So now you've shown you can get 100-150 albs together, so next time you will come at 5-6 am in the morning instead? :p

Sure that can be arranged if you like. You're obviously expecting it so it won't be a problem, right?
