Reliable UK Proxy

Now that I'm in the Emerald Isle I'm getting a bit frustrated by the number of UK-only services available online (iPlayer in particular), and I'm looking for a reliable UK proxy. I don't mind paying for it (just like I wouldn't mind paying for iPlayer if it was available), so any advice would be much appreciated. Ta.

/edit - there are shitloads of proxies about, tbh id probably just rent my own VPS and do it myself.

This is something I would be interested in. I have been unable to find a reliable fast proxy. Fortunately I am able to set up a VPN to my university in the UK from CERN and then download stuff while at work.
