Relaxation Technique


Just in case you're having a rough day, here is a stress management technique recommended in all the latest psychological texts. The funny thing is that it really works.


1. Picture yourself near a stream.
2. Birds are softly chirping in the cool mountain air.
3. No one but you knows your secret place.
4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic place called "the world."
5. The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
6. The water is crystal clear.
7. You can easily make out the face of the person you're holding underwater.
......and who is it today?

i got another which is for when your blood sugar level goes rock bottom and u nearly pass out.
dont know if this explanation is clear enough but worth a shot -
basically grip your fingers near the base, squeeze and push towards the tip. you should feel the blood at the end of your fingers. do this for all your fingers then tickle the finger tips. ultra sensitive. dunno why it works. but it does. discoverd it today by mistake when i nearly passed out.

that would work brilliantly but i got a bladder the size of a peanut and if i even think of a runnign stream when i'm trying to go to sleep i'd be up all night piddling, it's really bad i have a strict routine i have to stick to other wise its an endless cycle i have to brush my teeth before i pee at bedtime if i do it the other way round its pee, brush teeth... pee again... wash hands.. pee again :(
