As I stated its nothing personal.
Just with my RVR experience and others you are going to decide the outcome of many fights with lack of MLs and gear (not to mention RR).

Your SM would be alot better if you could switch place, dno what spec the other one is. Though, play what you like, its just a game.
I just got the impression that this was seriously to a decent lvl.

If they arent prepared to give advice and have patience i dont want them in my group. Its not as much for "rvr skills" per-say but to see the attitudes of people. If they suck but are dedicated i.e. turn up to grps, take on advice, communicate well then im more than happy to keep them on (on the other side of the coin if they arent listening to advice and get angry rather than improving then im afraid replacements are needed).
